DESIGN FOR THE RESIDENTIAL OR SMALL COMMERCIAL CLIENT

Turnkey Design will produce a comprehensive design plan for your project. This includes considerable time working one-on-one with the client in order to fully understand their design needs and aesthetic preferences. We work with and for you to produce conceptual design drawings, comprehensive budget worksheets, final design drawings and partial or full renderings for your space or spaces. In effect, Turnkey will put your dream design on paper, infuse your ideas with solid design/build experience and advise and produce effective construction plans that can be put right into the hands of your builder or construction manager.

Construction collaboration

Further oversight of initial design planning is also available, if desired. Turnkey Design will keep working with your construction or building team in order to ensure that; 1. design intentions are met to their fullest capabilities; 2. any unpredictable problems that arise are handled in a manner that always addresses the integrity of your design and budget; 3. allowance for less of the clients time be spent on-site overseeing aspects of construction and deliverables. 

REALTOR DESIGN - VIRTUAL SELLING TOOL

One of our unique and most popular services focuses on our designer/realtor relationships. We offer a partial or full suite of design schematics for homes that may not appeal to potential buyers. The key is to see the potential and sell it quickly through our virtual selling tools! Turnkey Design can deliver a presentation that shows a home's true potential and return on investment and turn it into an immediate sale. We will provide plans and elevations of the existing space and provide a new design for the same space. Our three dimensional fully rendered walk-through is great for really selling a prospective home-owner on the potential of a homes value or return on investment. We can also provide the projected costs of such renovations. 

DESIGN FOR THE CONTRACTOR

Do you have clients you are trying to get to, but have trouble organizing your current workload? Turnkey Design will work with your clients to get them ready and organized for your job. Turnkey Design will provide a conceptual design and presentation, including design development and material selection which can then be turned into construction plans and a budget for your client to work within. By organizing your projects, you are able to stay on schedule and budget, thus increasing your profitablity and opening your schedule for other jobs.
