A 1980’s condo with cookie cutter walls and divided rooms which created a maze with no continuity were all taken down and opened up from front to back allowing this client to expand the kitchen, put in a very large island, and incorporate the dining and living area all together in one room. This make over included floor plank tiles from front to back, updated fireplace with stone and wood mantle, new lighting and a statement piece featuring a marble mosaic backsplash grounded by the Fantasy Brown Quartzite countertop making this seaside condo right on trend.
